I often like to say that I'm 10% gay, and it's true, because I love Hiroshi Abe. He's my fellow Dubai choccy-loving husband as of April 2026. Anyways, the inspiration for my website actually comes from Abe-chan's own. He has a minimalist page designed in the late 1990s that is still active today, updating the global citizenry on his activities. In Japan, it's a well-known meme as the site is often used to test internet speeds (it loads extremely fast). For me, the site's practicality conjures visions of rugged Amish farmers working hard on the farm, living life taking no bs. I feel like Abe would be the Amish-maxxing type. Perhaps he's the reincarnation of Lincoln Abe, the 16th US President. I hope Abe doesn't read this, I'm such a wretched chūnibyō. In conclusion, this is why I have a stupid 2000s-ass website.
